My TICON charger is working but charging is slow. Is it defective?

No. Slow charging depends on the mobile’s supported wattage, battery health, and cable quality. This is not a manufacturing defect.

Will TICON car charger work with all cars?

Yes. TICON car chargers are compatible with standard car charging ports.

EARBUDS

One side earbud is not working. What should I do?

If one earbud isn’t working, ensure both earbuds are fully charged and clean the charging pins of the earbuds and case using alcohol wipes.

Powerbank becomes warm while charging. Is it safe?

The attached cable is provided as an extra convenience feature.

Replacement is applicable only if both the attached cable and USB port are not working and You can seek an exchange as long as the product is under its warranty period.

Sound is not clear while using AUX cable. Why?
